Our Facilities
Located in Stoughton, Wisconsin, our company started as a small family-owned business in 1961 and is now one of the industry’s leading manufacturers of conventional and intermodal transportation equipment including semi trailers. We have 9 different facilities in the South Central Wisconsin cities of Stoughton, Evansville and Brodhead combining for over 1.3 million square feet of manufacturing space under roof.

All of our facilities have incorporated vertical integration wherever possible to enhance the entire manufacturing operation, providing us with the opportunity to optimize our quality assurance procedures and improve component inventory control. They also incorporate the latest process equipment for premier, long-life painting of steel components.

The 680,000 sq. ft. Stoughton plant houses all of the component manufacturing operations for rear door frames, ladder assemblies and upper coupler assemblies. We cover everything from fabrication of subassemblies to final the assembly of each Stoughton quality trailer.

The Stoughton Trailers facility in Evansville, WI boast 300,000 square feet of manufacturing space for manufacturing our new refrigerated trailer, chassis and specialty dry van trailers.

Opened in 1994, our Brodhead, WI manufacturing facility has 250,000 square feet of space for manufacturing a wide variety of semi truck trailer products.

The 45,000 sq. ft. Stoughton Parts facility is dedicated to supporting our network of Stoughton Trailers dealers, independent repair shops and fleet customers throughout North America.
